Privacy Policy

This document describes what data the Provider collects while you use the OMNOOS Service, what it uses it for, to whom it transfers it and how long it keeps it.

1. Who Processes the Data

1.1. ФОП Богуш Василь Леонідович (hereinafter — “the Provider”) — the holder of the personal data processed by the OMNOOS Service (website omnoos.com).

2. What Data We Collect

2.1. What we do not do: we do not collect analytics, do not show advertising, do not set tracking cookies and do not transfer your data to advertising networks.

2.2. Payment card data does not pass through the Service: the User enters it on the secure page of the payment service. The Provider does not see or store card numbers.

2.3. Google addresses are kept by the Provider as the allowlist of those admitted to the Service. They are not transferred to the phrase-processing contour.

3. How We Use Phrases

3.1. The text of a phrase is transferred for processing to the FSM10 contour (the Provider's software complex) and to the supplier of artificial intelligence models that performs the processing.

3.2. In the registry of the contour, phrases are stored anonymised — without the User's name and address. The anonymised registry is needed for the operation of the contour itself: it relies on previous phrases when it leads the person onwards.

3.3. Do not send in phrases the personal data of other people without a proper legal ground — the phrase undergoes processing at the supplier of models.

4. To Whom We Transfer Data

4.1. In other cases data is transferred only where the law so requires.

5. How Long We Keep Data

5.1. The account and the record of phrases and payments — for as long as the User uses the Service.

5.2. The session cookie — until the end of the session or until signing out of the Service.

5.3. Data needed for accounting is kept for the periods established by the legislation of Ukraine.

6. Your Rights

6.1. You have the right: to obtain information about your data; to require correction of your data; to require deletion of the account and the data; to withdraw consent to processing.

6.2. To do this, send a request from the address linked to the account to vasiliy.bogush@gmail.com. The Provider answers within 5 business days.

6.3. Deletion of the account ends access to the Service; the unused balance is refunded under the rules of the page Refunds.

7. Cookies

7.1. The Service uses one cookie — a session cookie. It marks that you are signed in and keeps your account name, the session term and the method of signing in. It is not available to pages from browser code and is deleted when you sign out.

7.2. The Service sets no cookies for advertising, analytics or social networks.

8. Security

8.1. The connection to the Service is protected (HTTPS). Only the Provider has access to the settings of the Service. Access keys to the contour are stored on the server and are not passed to the User's browser.

8.2. If an event has occurred that affected the security of your data, the Provider will report it on the website.

9. Amendments to This Policy

9.1. The Provider may amend this policy by publishing a new version on this page, stating the date of the version.

9.2. The current version is always available at the address omnoos.com/privacy.
