Public Offer Agreement for the Provision of Services

Version dated 26 September 2026.

This document is a public offer by the Provider to enter into an agreement for the provision of services on the terms set out below with any person who has acceded to it.

1. General Provisions

1.1. The Provider — ФОП Богуш Василь Леонідович, registration number of the taxpayer's registration card 2556506912 (hereinafter — “the Provider”).

1.2. The Service OMNOOS (hereinafter — “the Service”) — the website omnoos.com and the software complex that processes a User's text phrase through the FSM10 contour and returns the result of processing: the route of the phrase, the completion event and a clarifying question.

1.3. Acceptance of this agreement (accession to it) is any of the following actions:

• creating an account or signing in to the Service;
• topping up the balance;
• writing a phrase and sending it for processing.

1.4. From the moment of acceptance the person becomes a User and accepts all the terms of this agreement without reservation. If the person does not agree with the terms, they do not use the Service.

2. Terms

3. Subject of the Agreement

3.1. The Provider provides the User with the service of processing text phrases through the FSM10 contour, and the User uses the Service on the terms of this agreement.

3.2. The Service orients a person in a problem situation: it does not issue ready-made solutions and does not formulate conclusions instead of the User, but leads them with questions, relying on what has been written.

3.3. The service is informational. It is not medical, psychotherapeutic, legal, financial or other professional assistance and cannot be used as the conclusion of such a specialist. The User makes decisions based on the result of processing themselves and at their own responsibility.

3.4. The User is solely responsible for the content of their phrases and confirms that they do not send for processing any unlawful content, or other people's personal data without a proper legal ground.

3.5. The Service is intended for persons who have reached 18 years of age.

4. How the Service Is Provided

4.1. Access to the Service is provided by signing in with Google — any verified address, with no lists and no invitations. The Provider's access (administration of the Service) is with a name and password.

4.2. The procedure for providing the service: the User writes a phrase — the Service processes it through the FSM10 contour — the User sees the result of processing on the Service screen. The processing of one phrase lasts from a few seconds to a few minutes.

4.3. The service is considered provided at the moment when the Service has returned the result of processing the phrase.

4.4. The Provider has the right to suspend the operation of the Service temporarily for updates, maintenance or for technical reasons.

5. Price and Plans

5.1. The Free plan — without payment: up to 5 phrases per day.

5.2. The Pro plan — the price of one phrase equals the cost of its processing multiplied by a coefficient; a typical phrase costs about 6 US cents. The price is debited from the balance; the price of every pass is visible in the personal account. The plan applies without a daily limit when the User's balance is greater than zero.

5.3. If the balance is zero or negative, the Free plan applies. A negative balance arises when a phrase started with a positive balance cost more than remained on it; this does not block the User and is covered by the next top-up.

5.4. Prices are stated in US dollars. The amount to be paid by payment card is determined by the payment service in hryvnia at its own rate at the moment of payment.

5.5. The Provider has the right to change the plans by publishing new terms on this page. A change of plans does not reduce the balance already paid: the funds topped up are spent at the price that was in force at the moment of the top-up, until they are spent.

6. Payment

6.1. Payment is accepted by payment card through the payment service. Card details are entered on the secure page of the payment service and are not passed to the Provider.

6.2. The balance is topped up in amounts of 5 or 10 US dollars, or in any amount not less than 5 US dollars. After a top-up the balance does not exceed 20 US dollars.

6.3. Detailed terms of payment, receipt of the service and receipts are set out on the page Terms of Payment and Provision of Services.

7. Refunds

7.1. The unused balance is refunded at the User's request. Spent phrases are not refunded, since the service for them has already been provided.

7.2. The procedure for making a request and the time limits are set out on the page Refunds.

8. Personal Data

8.1. The Provider processes the User's data to the extent needed for the operation of the Service: the account name, the Google address (if signing in with Google), the record of phrases and payments.

8.2. The texts of phrases are stored in the registry of the contour anonymised — without the User's name and address. In detail — on the page Privacy Policy.

9. Rights and Obligations

9.1. The Provider undertakes: to provide the service in accordance with this agreement; to keep the record of phrases and the balance; to answer requests at the address vasiliy.bogush@gmail.com.

9.2. The Provider has the right: to change the Service and the plans; to restrict access in case of breach of this agreement; to suspend the operation of the Service temporarily for technical reasons.

9.3. The User undertakes: not to disrupt the operation of the Service; not to send unlawful content; not to pass access to their account to third parties; not to reproduce the Service and not to use it for purposes other than those intended.

10. Liability

10.1. The Provider is liable for the provision of the service within the limits determined by the legislation of Ukraine. The Provider is not liable for decisions made by the User on the basis of the result of processing, or for the content of the User's phrases.

10.2. The Provider is not liable for interruptions in the operation of the Service caused by force majeure circumstances, by the actions of third parties or by work on the part of the hosting.

10.3. If, through the fault of the Provider, a phrase was not processed and the balance was debited for it, the funds are returned to the balance.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1. The User's phrases remain their intellectual property. The Provider processes them in order to provide the service and stores them in the anonymised registry of the contour.

11.2. The Service, its software complex, name and design belong to the Provider. Copying the Service or parts of it without the permission of the Provider is not allowed.

12. Amendments to the Agreement

12.1. The Provider has the right to amend this agreement by publishing a new version on this page, stating the date of the version. Amendments take effect from the moment of publication.

12.2. The User uses the Service on the terms of the version in force at the moment of use.

13. Term and Termination

13.1. The agreement takes effect from the moment of acceptance and is valid until it is terminated.

13.2. The User may terminate the agreement at any moment by ceasing to use the Service; the unused balance is refunded at their request.

13.3. The Provider may terminate the agreement by stopping the User's access in case of breach of the terms of this agreement; the unused balance in that case is refunded.

14. Disputes

14.1. The parties resolve disputes by negotiations. Requests are sent to the address vasiliy.bogush@gmail.com; the Provider answers within 5 business days.

14.2. If the dispute could not be resolved by negotiations, it is considered in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, in particular the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”.
